BD Pharmingen™ Biotin Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG is intended to be a second-step reagent for the immunohistochemical staining of cells pre-stained with Rabbit IgG primary antibodies. Biotin Anti-Rabbit IgG is reported to have minimal crossreactivity with human, mouse or rat serum proteins. Immunohistochemical staining of a formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue section from normal human colon. Tissue sections were treated with Retrievagen A (Cat. No. 550524) and stained with Purified Rabbit Anti-Human CD88 monoclonal antibody (clone C85-2506) (Cat. No. 550733) followed by Biotin Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (Cat. No. 550338) and Streptavidin-HRP (Cat. No. 550946). For optimal indirect immunohistochemical staining, this antibody should be titrated (1:10 to 1:50 dilution) and visualized via Streptavidin-HRP (Cat. No. 550946) together with the DAB detection system (Cat. No. 550880).
